About the Role
As a Learning Support Consultant Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting learners’ academic success by providing personalized guidance and support. You will deliver engaging lessons, assist learners with exam preparation, and promote Cyberworx learning programmes to attract new learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Tutor learners in one or more CAPS-aligned subjects
- Deliver engaging lessons and assist learners with exam preparation
- Provide study guidance, motivation, and performance feedback
- Promote Cyberworx learning programmes and meet monthly sales targets
- Create basic educational and promotional content for social media to attract new learners
- Track learner progress and maintain academic reports
Requirements
- Matric Certificate (Bachelor’s Pass preferred)
- Subject expertise in at least one CAPS subject (Maths, Physics, Biology, English, or Afrikaans)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create basic social media or marketing content
- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset (must meet monthly enrolment goals)
- Own transport and access to a laptop or smartphone for lesson delivery and communication
Qualifications
- Matric Certificate (Bachelor’s Pass preferred)
