Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system. Assist users with password resets, account setup, and access-related issues. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT personnel when necessary. Maintain records of issues and solutions within the ticketing system. Perform routine maintenance and updates to IT systems. Assist with setting up and configuring new hardware and software Support network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and LAN / WAN troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security procedures.Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in a help desk or IT support role. Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.). Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Work Environment: Office-based and remote work, depending on company policy.
