Job Summary
Requirements:
Matric (preferred with Accounting). Tertiary qualification or Certificate in Finance/Accounting. Minimum of 3 yearsâ?? creditors and accounting/reconciliations experience. Experience with processing large volumes of payments is preferred. Computer literacy: MS Office; SAP experience a strong advantage. Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to solve complex problems and understand and quickly learn new systems and processes. Planning and organisational skills. Excellent time management skills. Able to work well under pressure. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Capable of working independently and as part of a team. Proactive. Reliable. integrity. Key Performance Areas: Reconcile accounts payable. Prepare documents for data capture. Allocate expenses to general ledger/cost centre codes to ensure accurate financial reporting. Submit supplier payments on SAP and FNB. Capture supplier invoices on SAP. Reconcile supplier accounts and post for payment. Collate creditors documents and prepare payments. Respond to, analyse and resolve supplier and other stakeholder queries & complaints
