Job Summary
Draft pleadings, notices, default judgment applications, writs, and Section 65 applications. Prepare instruction letters for the court, sheriff, and correspondent attorneys and follow up thereafter. Manage high volumes of debt collection matters using spreadsheets and system reminders.
Requirements:
Matric and relevant tertiary qualification 3-5 years experience in debt collection Proven experience in magistrates` court litigation Familiarity with Legal Suite software is advantageous Excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently Competent with basic Excel and legal debt management systems Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
