About the Role: As our HR/IR Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our people operations—ensuring smooth HR processes, strong industrial relations, and a culture of engagement and excellence. This is your chance to work at the heart of a staffing organisation that’s making a real impact across South Africa. Must have own reliable vehicle to travel to sites. Key Responsibilities: Headcount: 600 – 800 employees temporary employees Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction to ensure seamless integration of new talent Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases Support the rollout and enforcement of HR policies and procedures Manage administrative tasks across HR and IR functions Facilitate clear communication between management, employees, and unions Support grievance resolution and employee relations matters Coordinate disciplinary hearings and performance management processes Attend CCMA and present the company Ensure compliance with labour legislation and regulatory frameworks Drive contract compliance Site visits Prepare timely and accurate HR/IR reports for leadership Drive employee engagement initiatives and support HR projects What You Bring: Diploma or Degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field Relevant experience – strong HR and IR Own reliable transport Solid understanding of labour laws and HR/IR best practices Great track record of CCMA cases won / settlements Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent communication—both written and verbal Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure Proficiency in MS Office Suite
