About Us At Hyrax , were a fast-paced, creative, and aggressive performance marketing agency focused on driving results through paid media. With offices in London and South Africa , we build campaigns that convert, combining intuition, data, and raw grit. Were a small, elite team of winners, and were looking for someone hungry to join us at the starting line and grow into a full-fledged Media Buyer . About the Role Were looking for a Paid Media Coordinator to be trained from the ground up into a Performance Media Buyer . This is not your average internship , youll be deep in live campaigns from day one, learning how to test, scale, and optimize paid traffic across platforms like Meta , TikTok , YouTube , and Native . Youll work alongside experienced media buyers, creative strategists, and analysts, learning how to launch aggressive campaigns, interpret data like a hawk, and scale winning offers to the moon.
Key Responsibilities
- Shadow and assist senior media buyers with campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization
- Learn testing frameworks and how to analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, EPC, ROAS)
- Help create ad copy, video scripts, and landing page briefs
- Assist in creative tracking and version control
- Document and organize test results, learnings, and reporting insights
