About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Manager to join our team at HYRAX, a fast-paced and creative performance marketing agency focused on driving results through paid media. As a Paid Social Manager at Hyrax, you’ll play a pivotal role in both our Paid Social team and broader Paid Media function, leading the day-to-day strategy and execution across a portfolio of client accounts, delivering performance-driven social campaigns and integrated media plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta and TikTok
- Oversee campaign setup, QA, pacing, optimization, performance reporting, and actionable insights
- Collaborate with Strategy and Media Planning teams to build robust, data-informed media plans
- Serve as the lead in weekly client meetings and internal team check-ins
- Delegate responsibilities, support team resourcing, and contribute to leadership initiatives
- Act as a key escalation point for client or internal issues, resolving them with clarity and accountability
Requirements
- 25 years of Paid Social campaign management experience
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or equivalent work experience
- High attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
