Job Description
The Used Car Sales Executive will be responsible for driving pre-owned vehicle sales, ensuring exceptional customer engagement, and achieving monthly sales objectives. The successful candidate will manage the entire sales process from inquiry to delivery, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell quality pre-owned vehicles to prospective buyers
- Conduct detailed product presentations and professional test drives
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Negotiate pricing and finance options within dealership policies
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance targets
- Prepare accurate sales contracts and follow-up documentation
- Ensure vehicles are displayed and presented to showroom standards
- Stay informed on industry trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Coordinate with finance and aftersales teams to ensure seamless transactions
- Provide prompt and effective customer support and aftersales follow-up

Requirements
- Matric non-negotiable
- Minimum 5 years of experience in used car sales within a dealership environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven sales record and strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Remuneration
Market-related salary based on experience
