FOH Administrator | Welgevonden Game Reserve | Luxury Lodge

An exclusive lodge in Welgevonden Game Reserve is seeking a FOH ADMINSTRATOR to join the dedicated team.

Role Overview

As the first point of contact for the discerning guests, you will manage reception duties, coordinate guest logistics, and ensure seamless administrative operations. This is a live-in position ideal for someone who thrives in a remote, luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures

• Handle reservations, guest correspondence, and lodge communications

• Maintain accurate administrative records and reports

• Liaise with housekeeping, kitchen, and guiding teams to ensure smooth daily operations

• Uphold the lodges high standards of service, discretion, and professionalism

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury lodge or 5-star hotel

• Strong administrative and front-of-house (reception) skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems

• Professional demeanor and a passion for hospitality

The package:

• Live-in accommodation (rent-free)

• All on-duty meals provided

• Free Wi-Fi, electricity & water

• Transport to/from Vaalwater (collection & drop-off point)

• Salary: Up to ZAR 11,000 per month (based on experience)
