Interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics Microsoft Office, ENS and IMSWebEnsure motors (electric and geared motors as well as components) meet quality standards and specifications through systematic inspection and testing at various stages of the assembly process. Detailed inspections on motors, sub-assemblies, and components at various production stages (incoming, in-process, and final). Perform complex electrical and mechanical tests (e.g., surge testing, insulation resistance, balanceInterpret and audit compliance with technical drawings, electrical schematics, and customer specifications. Participate in internal and external audits and support certification readiness (e.g., ISO 9001, customer audits). Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective/preventive action plans (CAPAs).
