Job Summary
- Lead and mentor a small team of artisans and technicians
- Plan shifts, assign tasks, and ensure electrical maintenance work is completed safely and on time
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns quickly
- Work closely with production teams to keep equipment running efficiently
- Monitor maintenance costs and drive continuous improvement
- Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety culture
What you bring:
- Electrical Trade Test qualification and relevant electrical certification
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial electrical maintenance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a technical team
- Excellent planning, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Based in or near the Vereeniging area
