A well-established business within the automotive / motor dealership sector is seeking an experienced and hands-on Accountant / Financial Manager to manage and oversee the full finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Full financial management of the business
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Oversight of debtors, creditors, and bank reconciliations
• Payroll management and statutory submissions
• VAT, tax, and statutory compliance
• Financial reporting and analysis
• Liaising with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
• Maintaining strong financial controls and processes
• Supporting operational teams within a car sales environment

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in an accounting or financial management role
• At least 5 years’ experience working in or with car sales / automotive dealerships
• Proven experience managing the full finance function
• Strong understanding of dealership financial processes
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism
