About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Lodge Manager in the Western Cape region. As part of Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lodge and contributing to its overall success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the lodge
- Ensure guest satisfaction and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
- Coordinate with staff and suppliers to achieve goals
- Monitor finances and control expenses
Requirements
- Relevant experience in hospitality or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of hotel management principles
Qualifications
