About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Assistant Spa Manager to join our team at Craven Cottage CC. As a key member of our spa management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service and operations in our luxury spa environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising, mentoring, and motivating the spa team.
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure.
- Support daily operational management including scheduling, stock control, and facility maintenance.
- Promote spa services and retail products to maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Utilize spa management software efficiently.
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in spa therapy, beauty therapy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a luxury spa environment.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management role.
- Experience in spa retail sales is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Completed Diploma in Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or related field.
