Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Growth Strategies: Design and implement innovative growth strategies for renewable energy projects, with a particular focus on EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction).
  • Renewable Energy Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of the renewable energy market to identify and seize new business opportunities.
  • Manage Projects: Lead the development of EPC projects, ensuring seamless execution across engineering, procurement, and marketing teams.
  • Bid and Proposal Management: Oversee the bid process for project structuring, ensuring success and alignment with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, utilities, and financial partners.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven success in business development within the renewable energy sector, particularly with EPC-focused projects.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the renewable energy market and ability to drive commercial strategies.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Project Structuring Expertise: Hands-on experience in contract negotiation, project structuring, and managing complex relationships.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Analytical mindset and market research skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Experience in lead generation and business development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the energy and technology sectors is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (advantageous).
