As a Rental Agent, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and hassle-free vehicle rental experience while upholding high standards in service and vehicle management.

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Education & Experience: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification, with at least one year of experience in a customer-facing or service-driven role.
- Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to deliver outstanding service, manage bookings, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Administrative Accuracy: High attention to detail when completing documentation, processing rentals, and managing billing or inspection records.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Driver’s Licence: Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport to commute to the airport.
Highly Advantageous:
- Previous experience in the car rental, travel, or hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with rental or reservation software systems.

Main Duties
- Assist customers in renting vehicles and explain rental options, rates, and policies.
- Manage bookings, confirmations, and scheduling.
- Conduct detailed vehicle checks and record damages or maintenance needs.
- Process and explain rental agreements, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Address and escalate customer concerns when necessary.
