Job Summary

Our client is seeking a motivated and dedicated Inbound Client Contact Centre and Correspondence Administrator to join their team. This role involves providing top-notch service to individual policyholders and brokers, resolving queries, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Key

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and web touchpoints, resolving a minimum of 30 calls per day.
  • Respond to approximately 15 general and claim-related correspondence queries per day within 24 hours.
  • Maintain and update workflow queues for management reporting.
  • Ensure all personal contact and medical aid information for clients is accurate and up to date.
  • Adhere to policies, processes, and provide relevant information and advice to clients.
  • Achieve a minimum QA (Quality Assurance) score of 90%.
  • Liaise with medical aids and practitioners to gather information for claim assessments.
  • Proactively apply TCF principles in all tasks and deliver a professional, efficient service.
  • Retain clients who wish to cancel their policies.
  • Perform basic policy administration tasks as required.

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to meet customer expectations.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience in individual life policy administration.
  • Knowledge of medical aid servicing is advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of proven client service or call centre experience.
  • Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues creatively.

  • Self-motivated with a commitment to meeting daily targets.
  • Positive attitude and proactive in resolving client queries.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
