Perform tasks independently and meticulously on chemistry, fertilization and irrigation at the right stage of development
Manage relationships with suppliers effectively
Responsible for all labour related matters and ensuring labour is effectively managed
Manage packhouse effectively in terms of quality, quantity and financial implications
Make contributions regarding financial planning and work within budget
Maintain effective quality management system to ensure all products are up to standard, MRLs are not exceeded and are of good internal quality
Maintenance of mechanical equipment and infrastructure
Maintain data integrity and manage systems (i.e. keeping information up to date) that are associated with the audits such as Global Gap, Siza etc.
