About the Role

The Building Company is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their Shared Services team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting all overdue monies on the debtors book, resolving any remaining outstanding amounts, and maintaining productive business relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect all overdue monies on the debtors book
  • Resolve any remaining outstanding amounts
  • Minimize bad debt
  • Maintain productive business relationships with customers
  • Forwarding of monthly statements to clients
  • General administration

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Tertiary qualification (preferably in accounting / credit management)
  • Knowledge of the National Credit Act
  • 4 years related experience

Qualifications

  • Completed tertiary qualification in accounting / credit management
