About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Production Electrician to join our client’s team in New Zealand, servicing high-speed production machinery on various FMCG plants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum equipment efficiency and contributing to continuous improvement of plant equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on high-speed production machinery
- Conduct root cause analyses on machine failures
- Implement improvements to increase equipment efficiency
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize production processes
Requirements
- Minimum N3 Electrical Trade Test qualification
- At least 3 years of working experience in an FMCG environment
- Strong knowledge and experience with electrical schematics
- Ability to travel and work abroad
- Fluency in both Afrikaans and English (bilingual)
