Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Electrician to join our client’s team in New Zealand, servicing high-speed production machinery on various FMCG plants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum equipment efficiency and contributing to continuous improvement of plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on high-speed production machinery
  • Conduct root cause analyses on machine failures
  • Implement improvements to increase equipment efficiency
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize production processes

Requirements

  • Minimum N3 Electrical Trade Test qualification
  • At least 3 years of working experience in an FMCG environment
  • Strong knowledge and experience with electrical schematics
  • Ability to travel and work abroad
  • Fluency in both Afrikaans and English (bilingual)
