Key Responsibilities

• Manage rider contracts, onboarding, cancellations, and debt disputes.
• Handle incidents (breakdowns, accidents, theft) to ensure high fleet uptime.
• Supervise the Workshop Manager (quoting, invoicing, stock, credit notes).
• Oversee GPS tracking systems and ensure driver compliance.
• Communicate clearly with riders regarding applications, services, and parts.
• Manage local marketing and rider application pipeline.
• Lead a team of 6 staff members.

Requirements

• 5+ years in fleet management or similar role (motorcycle rental experience a plus).
• Strong admin skills and problem-solving ability.
• Interest in motorcycles.
• Practical, “street smart,” and confident in dealing with diverse customers.
• Management experience preferred.
• BCom in Logistics, Transport, or Finance (preferred).
