Qualifications (Checked Twice):
Minimum 5+ years of full-stack development experience in modern web or software environments
Strong proficiency in at least one front-end framework: React or Vue
Hands-on expertise in server-side development with Node.js, Java, or Python
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure preferred – Santa loves his clouds)
Solid understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile practices
