Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with the company’s growth strategy
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, property clients, and regional influencers
- Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline within the Winelands region
- Identify client needs, provide tailored FX solutions, and close sales opportunities
- Support Introducing Partners from enquiry through registration, KYC collection, and trade readiness
- Provide ongoing updates, reporting, and insights in line with business objectives

- Excellent client relationship management skills across all levels
- Confident decision-maker with accountability and initiative
- Solid understanding of FX sales processes, systems, and compliance requirements
- Strong ability to adapt, collaborate, and support change initiatives
- Target-driven with exceptional customer-centricity
Key Requirements
- Matric + RE exams + FAIS compliance (essential)
- A business or legal qualification is an advantage
- 3+ years’ experience in sales, ideally within the property or financial services industry
- Excellent communication skills with a natural cold-calling ability
- Proficiency in English; Afrikaans an advantage
- Highly motivated, organised, and professional
- Valid driver’s licence and willing to travel across the Winelands
