About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organized Graduate Finance Administrator to join our team at West Coast Personnel in the Western Cape. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, ensuring timely submissions, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. If you have a strong passion for finance and administration, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- General client administration.
- Request ageings from all clients on a monthly basis.
- Prepare the client reports.
- Ensure that declarations are completed and submitted timeously to the insurer.
- Attend to client queries timeously.
- Ensure that client invoices are paid by the client timeously.
- Prioritise and reprioritise tasks on a continuous basis ensuring that time standards are complied with. Any deviation must be reported to the responsible person timeously.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- No formal education qualifications required.
