About the Role
Isilumko Staffing is seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of South African labour legislation and HR best practice, with a proven ability to operate across strategic, tactical and operational levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage competing priorities and maintain organisational skills.
- Operate at multiple levels, influencing stakeholders and driving business outcomes.
- Lead people strategies, employee relations, and organisational change initiatives.
- Support Employment Equity (EE) initiatives and demonstrate knowledge of EE legislation.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with sound judgement and risk awareness.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of South African labour legislation and HR best practice.
- Proven ability to operate across strategic, tactical and operational levels.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to work hands-on in an office-based role with a high degree of visibility.
Qualifications
Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or a related field is desired. A minimum of 57 years experience in a HR Manager / People & Culture role, preferably within healthcare, professional services or a regulated environment is required.
