Job Description
- Act as a strategic partner to Wealth Managers, supporting them in managing client portfolios and enhancing the client experience.
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Assist with the preparation and management of documentation related to financial planning and client investment strategies.
- Proactively communicate with clients.
- Provide operational support to streamline processes and improve service delivery for both the Wealth Manager and clients.
- Manage and organize large volumes of information, ensuring it is accurately processed and stored.
Required Skills:
- Degree in Commerce or Finance.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
- Punctual with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written), with the confidence to communicate effectively with clients over the phone.
- Proactive and capable of taking initiative in various situations.
- A keen interest in Fintech systems and a quick learner.
