About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Time Personnel in the Western Cape region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Internal Sales and assisting External salesperson
- Tracking sales orders and following up on quotes
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
- Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Identifying new customers and forwarding to External Sales
- Reaching sales quotas and goals
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
- Bringing new customers to increase customer base.
- Debtors management
Requirements
- Matric
- Proven experience in internal sales, preferably within the glass, aluminium, or building materials industry
- Strong understanding of wholesale sales processes, customer service, and order management
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative and organizational skills to manage quotes, sales orders, and follow-ups effectively
- A proactive, customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills and a willingness to go the extra mile
