About the Role
Time Personnel is seeking a Junior Artwork Administrator to join their team in the Western Cape region. As a key member of the administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the artwork department. If you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients telephonically to confirm quantities and details on submitted quotes
- Ensure all artwork details (information, colour specifications, spelling, etc.) are 100% accurate
- Liaise with the Artwork Department regarding any required changes
- Ensure artwork from Layout Artists is correct and received in time to meet set deadlines
- Follow up with clients to obtain approved artwork within required timeframes
- Maintain accurate records of all allocated quotes, orders, and their status
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team (Account Managers and Management)
- Manage and respond to email correspondence
- Assist with departmental duties and provide support when colleagues are absent
Requirements
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (read, write, and speak)
- Professional telephone and email etiquette in both languages
- Strong computer literacy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Energetic, proactive approach to work
- Experience with Google Workspace will be advantageous
Salary & Benefits
R9 000 Cost To Company, dependent on experience
