Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Client Due Diligence (CDD), ID checks, and AML risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with KYC and Source of Funds procedures.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and logs.
• Support internal audits and file reviews.
• Help implement and communicate internal compliance policies.
• Participate in training and awareness programmes across the firm.
• Handle sensitive client information in accordance with data protection laws.
• Escalate high-risk matters or suspicious transactions to senior compliance staff.

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Law, Business, Compliance, or related field (or in progress).
• Prior exposure to a legal, conveyancing, or regulated environment advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with AML regulations, SRA guidelines, or CLC rules is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
