About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Junior Signage Cost Estimator to join our team at Execustaff South Africa (Pty) Ltd. As a key member of our estimating department, you will play a crucial role in assisting with cost breakdowns and preparing tender documents for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in estimating costs, materials, and labour requirements by reviewing project specifications and documentation under supervision
- Support the preparation of cost breakdowns by gathering and analyzing data related to labour, materials, and time
- Assist with the preparation of tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other related documentation
- Monitor project design scope changes and help update budget estimates accordingly
- Assist with sourcing materials and research production methods to support cost-effective project delivery
- Assist in communicating with subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing, under the direction of senior staff
Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric with Mathematics and/or accounting as subjects
- Estimating experience: minimum 3 – 5 years
- Relevant Degree or Diploma (Advantageous)
- Proficient Computer Literacy – Odoo System, Microsoft Office Suite, Coreldraw, AutoCad (Beneficial)
Qualifications
- Matric or Grade 12 certificate
- Relevant estimating experience
