About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage the full HR function for our SA office, overseeing recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development, compliance, and HR operations while upholding global HR strategies and adhering to local labour laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full HR function for SA office
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Design and execute L& D programs
- Provide strategic HR support to management
- Oversee HR operations and performance management
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Facilitate employee relations and conflict resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field (Masters preferred)
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to HR operations, compliance, and L& D
- HR Certification CIPD, SHRM preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems
- Tech savvy familiarity with AI-based and HR learning tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field (Masters preferred)
