About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics and Financial Co-ordinator to join our team at Communicate Finance in the Western Cape region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing logistics inventory, coordinating transport schedules, and providing administrative support to finance and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage logistics inventory relating to trucks and deliveries
- Coordinate transport schedules and maintain accurate inventory records
- Prepare, issue, and manage customer invoicing
- Support basic debtor queries and invoice follow-ups
- Maintain aligned logistics and financial administration records
- Liaise with internal teams and external service providers
- Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to finance and management
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years experience in a logistics environment, tracking truck-related inventory
Proven experience working simultaneously as a finance administrator handling invoicing
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
Confident communicator able to manage multiple stakeholders
Comfortable operating in a deadline-driven, operational role
Qualifications
Matric WITH relevant experience
Diploma OR Degree – advantageous
