Job Summary
Develop and implement cutting-edge BI models to enhance decision-making.
Use Python, ML, and AI to analyze large datasets and optimize performance.
Design and maintain a scalable data infrastructure for real-time analytics.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to integrate data-driven solutions.
Ensure data governance, compliance, and quality across all analytics functions.
Present insights and shape strategy for senior stakeholders.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in data science, BI, or analytics.
Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn) & data visualization tools.
Strong experience with SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar databases.
Deep understanding of statistical analysis, ML, and data modeling.
Ability to build a data function from scratch and drive innovation.
Strong communicator—able to translate data insights into business impact.
Leadership experience or the ambition to build and manage a team.
Bonus Points For:
Experience in credit risk modeling, alternative credit scoring, or financial data analysis.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.

Job Summary
Develop & implement next-level BI and predictive analytics models.
Harness machine learning & AI to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
Build & optimize scalable data infrastructures for real-time decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven solutions.
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and governance at all levels.
Present actionable insights to stakeholders, influencing strategy & growth.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years in data science, analytics, or BI.
Expert in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn) & data visualization tools.
Strong background in SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, or other databases.
Deep understanding of statistical analysis, ML, and predictive modeling.
