A maintenance worker position is available at Corporate Office Services in Matroosfontein, Cape Town. The role involves performing routine and general maintenance on facilities, equipment, and grounds. Responsibilities include basic general repairs. Candidates should have experience in a similar role and possess strong problem-solving skills. Job Description Organization: Corporate Office Services Location: Matroosfontein, Cape Town, Western Cape Position: Maintenance Worker/Driver Overall Responsibility: The Maintenance Worker is responsible to perform miscellaneous minor repairs such as repair of doors, locks, handles; replace ceiling and carpet tiles; patching holes in walls; and general paint work. Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment. Key Responsibilities: Perform tasks in accordance to job cards (work orders) issued, as per Client and Company requirements Perform office movement related tasks, including but not limited to, installation of furniture; drywall, ceiling; repair doors, locks, handles; replace ceiling and carpet tiles; general paint work Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed. Ensure a safe and clean work environment. Collaborate with other team members to resolve maintenance issues. Able to work flexible hours Must be prepared to work on weekends and/or public holidays and/or after hours work if required. Please do not apply if you do not meet the above-mentioned requirements.
