Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day floor operations, ensuring targets and deadlines are met
- Lead, mentor, and motivate fabrication staff to maintain high performance
- Coordinate job scheduling, material flow, and machine utilization
- Monitor quality standards and compliance with production specifications
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and housekeeping practices
- Work collaboratively with Production Management to optimize productivity
- Assist with training, performance evaluations, and problem-solving on the floor
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in metal fabrication leadership or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of welding, cutting, machining, and finishing processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production environment
- Safety-focused mindset and attention to detail
