Job Summary

Duties include:
Lead Generation

• Develop and execute digital initiatives to generate new leads.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns, either independently or in collaboration with an agency.
• Create and oversee lead generation campaigns on Facebook.
• Experiment with and optimize new marketplaces like Autotrader and Cars.co.za for lead generation.
• Test and assess additional channels for lead generation.

Maximize Existing Lead Potential:

• Use in-house data for data mining to identify high-quality leads for sales, launches, and events.
• Develop and manage email campaigns targeting older leads to keep them engaged.
• Automate the lead process for real-time allocation to the appropriate personnel.

Collaborate with Sales:

• Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and supply.
• Schedule monthly meetings and maintain communication with sales teams.
• Report test results and campaign performance, including key KPIs, to Sales Managers and stakeholders.

Build the Brand Digitally:

• Enhance the brand’s digital presence through regular updates on Facebook.
• Run and manage Facebook Ads campaigns.
• Oversee the Group website, perform A/B tests to boost conversion rates, and ensure the site is optimized for lead generation.
• Manage incoming communications from leads and customers on social media channels.

Requirements and Essential Skills:

• Bachelor`s or Post Graduate Degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and proactive approach.
• Expertise in data analytics and digital marketing channels.
• Familiarity with website optimization tools and techniques.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Google AdWords, campaign development, and design aesthetics.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.
• Understanding of Motor Industry sector advantageous
