Our client is looking for a highly motivated and organized Procurement Administrator to join their team. If you have experience in procurement and are skilled at managing administrative tasks, we would love to hear from you!

Key

Requirements:

  • Matric with relevant qualifications in Procurement or Supply Chain Management
  • Proven 2-3 years of experience in procurement or administrative support
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management
  • Experience with procurement software or ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Key

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and issuance of purchase orders
  • Maintain and update the procurement database
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms
  • Coordinate procurement documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Process invoices and resolve any discrepancies
  • Ensure proper inventory management and stock control
  • Provide regular procurement reports to management
