About the Role
As an Energy Project Manager at Network Finance’s client, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing complex energy projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of the energy sector, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Proactively address challenges and implement contingency plans to maintain project momentum.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring effective communication and resource utilisation.
- Manage project budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring cost-effective project delivery.
- Work closely with finance and procurement teams to optimise resource allocation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders at regular intervals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, grid systems, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or a related field. Master’s Degree is a plus.
