About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Property Finance Consultant to join our team at West Coast Personnel in Cape Town. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads, assessing clients’ financial needs, and guiding them through the home loan application process.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through estate agents, referrals, direct marketing, and social media
- Assess clients’ financial needs and offer suitable home loan solutions
- Guide clients through applications, approvals, and closing
- Maintain client relationships and follow up for referrals
- Keep accurate records of leads and applications
Requirements
- Matric qualification
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
- Minimum 2 years proven sales experience, preferably in home loans
- Strong administrative, marketing, and communication skills
- Results-driven with ability to work under pressure
