About the Role
The Hiring House is seeking an experienced Property Services Manager to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property services and facilities management, with a focus on maintenance planning and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property services and facilities management
- Oversee maintenance planning and scheduling
- Travel across regions (in some cases)
- Utilize strong computer skills in MS Office and software packages
- Maintain high levels of administrative accuracy
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or relevant Diploma/degree related to Services, Operations, and/or Facilities Management
- Operations and/or infrastructure management experience
