Job Description
- Play a key role in the tendering and bid process for a diverse range of HVAC projects, helping to secure new and repeat business
- Support the procurement of materials and subcontractors, ensuring commercial targets and agreed rates are achieved while maintaining quality and value
- Take ownership of measurement, take-offs, and the preparation of accurate costing documents, contributing directly to project profitability
- Review and interpret contracts and project specifications, ensuring commercial compliance and supporting smooth project delivery
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience within the HVAC sector
- A valid driver’s license and vehicle are essential
- Strong Excel skills
- Highly detail-oriented and professional
- Confident in reading, interpreting, and working from technical drawings
- Professional registration is highly advantageous.
Qualification:
- Undergraduate degree required in BSC or BTech Quantity Surveying
- HVAC or plumbing knowledge is highly advantageous
