Are you an experienced, qualified Chartered Accountant seeking an exciting career opportunity with international exposure? Our client, a leading company in the security and fencing industry, is looking for a Regional Financial Manager to join their team in the Cape Winelands. This is a highly dynamic role where you will not only manage the financial operations for the region but also contribute to strategic decision-making within an expanding international business. If you are an accomplished finance professional with at least five to six years of post-article experience, we want to hear from you!
Duties:
- Oversee and manage the financial performance of the regional business unit, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Implement financial controls to mitigate risks and safeguard company assets.
- Lead a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure optimal team performance.
- Act as a strategic partner to the senior leadership team, providing financial insights, advice, and recommendations that drive operational and business growth.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant
Experience:
- A minimum of five to six years of relevant industry experience outside of audit
- Knowledge of local and international requirements
