Job Summary
- A minimum of Matric or a relevant NQF Level 4 qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in direct, client-facing sales (ideally within the financial services sector).
- Demonstrated success in consistently reaching or surpassing sales targets.
- Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Ability to work without close supervision while managing priorities effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport, with flexibility to travel frequently to client sites.
- RE 1 and/or RE 5 certification is beneficial but not essential.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Conduct on-site visits to employer premises to connect with staff, share information, and answer questions about available financial wellness solutions.
- Product Promotion: Introduce, explain, and encourage uptake of a full range of financial wellness services.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Gather and evaluate potential client information during visits, ensuring details are accurate and complete (full training provided).
- Onboarding Support: Submit required client documentation to ensure smooth product application and activation.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain professional partnerships with company representatives and their employees.
- Performance Delivery: Achieve assigned sales objectives while contributing to broader team targets.
- After-Sales Care: Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
