Job Description
- Lead Generation: Identifying and contacting new prospects through methods like cold calling, referrals, and networking to generate sales leads.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Gaining thorough knowledge of the company’s offerings to effectively educate customers on features, benefits, and how they solve problems.
- Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing information, and answering questions about products and services.
- Demonstrations & Presentations: Delivering product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential clients to showcase value and suitability.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating contracts, terms, and prices with clients to finalize deals and process sales agreements.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Achieving Sales Goals: Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets (quotas) to contribute to the company’s overall revenue and commercial growth.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitoring market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to position products effectively.
- Collaboration: Working with internal sales teams to coordinate sales efforts and programs.
- Reporting: Preparing sales reports, tracking sales activity, and maintaining client records in customer relationship management systems.
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales.
- Understanding of supply chain principles.
- Computer Literate.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and operational demands.
