Sales Rep Montague Gardens. The Basic is R15k Car Allowance R5k Provident fund Co. Contribution R450 Mobile R800 Start Date: 1 May 2026 Candidate Requirements Professional Age: 3540 years Energetic Strong written and verbal communication skills Good understanding of finance and money matters Highly disciplined and organised (must use a diary hard copy or digital) Natural problem solver and achiever Motivated by responsibility and accountability Team player who enjoys recognition and praise Well-presented and teachable Sales experience essential (especially customer care) About the Role Industry: Labels and packaging Technical training in printing and packaging will be provided Existing customer base will be handed over Monthly sales target linked to the customer base New business development required Sales Targets & Workload Average monthly target: R500,000 (currently being achieved) Average order value: R3,500 120140 orders per month required 40% of target from repeat business at start of month 40% from working existing base 20% from new business pipeline Remuneration Basic salary Car allowance Provident Fund (3% company contribution benefits) Mobile allowance: R800 per month Tiered commission structure (linked to gross profit) No 13th cheque (commission offers unlimited earning potential) Full commission paid when monthly target is achieved Partial commission paid if target is not fully met
