• Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and data models
• Build advanced BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI / Tableau / Qlik
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Optimise data warehouse structures and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Lead the implementation of best practices in data architecture, performance tuning, and governance
• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends and drive strategic insights
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall BI and data engineering standards
• Support the organisation’s journey toward becoming fully data-driven

Job Experience and Key Requirements: 

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, BI development, or advanced analytics
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and relational database design
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
• Experience with ETL/ELT technologies and data integration tools
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (Kimball, Star Schema, etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Snowflake, or similar
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Desirable Skills: 

• Experience with Python or R for data processing or advanced analytics
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts or predictive modelling
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, or infrastructure-as-code for data deployments
• Certifications in BI or cloud platforms
