About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Site Agent/Contracts Manager to join our team at Lotus HR and Recruitment. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for managing construction sites, client relationships, and commercial aspects of projects. With 7-10 years of experience in fully managing construction sites, you will bring valuable expertise and knowledge to this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction sites to ensure successful project delivery
- Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent service
- Administer contracts and negotiate agreements as needed
- Plan and manage projects to meet deadlines and budgets
- Ensure SHEQ Management practices are followed, including quality and policy reporting
- Supervise staff and lead by example to achieve high performance standards
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in managing construction sites
- Proven experience in programme planning and management
- Excellent legal and contract administration skills
- Strong cost/budget/forecasting management skills
- Experience in SHEQ Management, including labour/legislation management on site
- Ability to travel to remote sites as required
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
- Certification in CCS (Construction Contract Administration)
