• Lead and execute manual and automated testing across multiple software applications.
• Design and implement test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria for complex systems.
• Identify, document, and report defects with actionable feedback to development teams.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Drive improvements in QA processes, test automation frameworks, and testing tools.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Relevant tertiary qualification (BSc or equivalent) in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–6+ years in software testing, including manual, automation, and functional testing.
• Experience in logistics, retail, or supply chain software testing is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, Agile/Scrum environments, and software development lifecycle.
• Practical experience with Selenium, Jira, TestRail, and CI/CD tools.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
