About the Role
GAP Consulting is seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team in the Western Cape region. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of service professionals, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will also be required to work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of service professionals
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the service center
- Ensure exceptional customer service
- Lead meetings and make decisions under pressure
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience as a Service | Workshop Manager within the Automotive Industry
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Relevant Trade Test qualifications (merSETA, Olifantsfontein, QCTO)
- Brand experience with Audi, VW, Ford, Toyota would be beneficial
- Strong Technical and Communication skills
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Service | Workshop Manager within the Automotive Industry
- Relevant Trade Test qualifications (merSETA, Olifantsfontein, QCTO)
