Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify, report and rectify all technical areas of concern on assigned
- production equipment (machines, moulds, etc.)
- Have an in-depth understanding of
- Product and its quality criteria
- Process (material feeding and drying, injection moulding, reheat stretch
- blow moulding and injection blow moulding)
- General knowledge of all equipment, detailed for assigned equipment
- Mould installation
- Technical principles and drawings (e.g. assemblies and spare part
- finding, pneumatic, hydraulic, electric)
- Liaise with Maintenance Manager & Production Manager (in charge) to ensure
machine availability vs. major maintenance intervals - Have an overview what needs to be done and report to Maintenance Manager
& Production Manager - Give completion dates and fulfill tasks required by Maintenance Manager &
Production Manager
Requirements:
- 5 years relevant setting experience
- Minimum N2 in Tool, Jig & Die trade theory and trade
tested (red seal), preferable - Sound understanding of drawings
- Sound knowledge on H&S and safe
working procedures
